BOX’D! Ballincollig opened on New Year’s Day from 12 -3 pm in order to raise funds for Conor Kelly-Armstrong and the Cork Simon Community.

The shop was handing out coffees free of charge and in return, they just asked customers to donate whatever they could with 100% of the proceeds being donated and split 50/50 between Conor and the Cork Simon Community.

Conor, whose family hails from Cork while numerous of his family members live in Ballincollig, is a 3-year-old boy who has been diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor.

His parents are raising money to explore alternative treatment options after being told by the NHS there is nothing more they can do.
