A small café in country Victoria has mpressed thousands of people across the world with an impressive recycling idea.

Tatura in Victoria’s Goulburn Valley was previously known for dairy farming, World War II internment camps and an October grass fire that burnt 2000 tyres and some hay bales.

But the sleepy town has been thrust to the international stage by café owner Michelle Keen who began recycling milk cartons as coffee trays at Coffee+Tatura.
